error in the ovf file

I downloaded the nagios product from http://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagi ... 1.2-64.ova. After i uncompressed the file, i tried deploy\deploy ovf template and browsed to the ovf file. When i try to open the file i get "fails integrity check and may have been corrupted during transfer". I re downloaded the compressed file and uncompressed again but got the same error. any ideas. We are running the vshere 5.0 client

You do not need to uncompress the file

You actually can just do the following from within vSphere
File -> Deploy OVF Template
Select nagiosxi-2012r1.2-64.ova from your computer

OR, you can just place the full URL in there
