Nagios Noob question.

Post by Angelo »

Hello everyone, I just recently started working with this company, and they are using Nagios. When we get alerts from config changes, what do the numbers at the end of the message mean? In this case the "1 3 2" :?

"Additional Info:
Notification of a configuration management event as 1 3 2"

This is really going to depend on the check that the administrator setup. I am guessing this is a custom plugin.

Is this Nagios XI?

I moved this to the Core forum as I believe that is what you have.

You will need to figure out what plugin this check is using before we would be able to help you with it.
