Check Exchange 2010 Hub Transport Queues Plugin

Post by juana »

Hello,

I'm trying to setup Check Exchange 2010 Hub Transport Queues:
http://exchange.nagios.org/directory/Pl ... ta/details

I'm not sure where I need to configure the 'check_exchange_mailqueue' command in NSClient++ within my MS Exchange 2010 server. Please know that I'm a Linux type of person and am Windows systems are not my forte.

Thank you in advance,

Juana

Depending on the version of the nsclient++ that you are using, the config file would be either "NSC.ini" or "nsclient.ini". I haven't tried this plugin, but here is the instructions for executing from within NSClient++:
# To execute from within NSClient++
#
# [NRPE Handlers]
# check_exchange_mailqueue=cmd /c echo C:\Scripts\Nagios\NagiosMonitoring_ExchangeQueueHealth.ps1 | PowerShell.exe -Command -
#
# On the check_nrpe command include the -t 30, since it takes some time to load the Exchange cmdlet's.
