I installed NagiosXI on lan 192.168.40.x (Server's Lan)

I get an error from the PC network (192.9.201.x)

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

where can I allow the network 192.9.201.x?

Can you access the server's LAN from the 192.9.201.x? Proxies, firewall? It's seems to be a network issue.

Routing works very well between lan. No firewall, routing only.

nagiosxi responds 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. when I try access http://192.168.40.200/nagiosxi from my host 192.9.201.169

I think a problem htaccess or cgi.cfg

I found the problem. Another machine (not respond to ping) had the same ip that server nagios.
