To Nagios XI Tech Support Specialist:

I am still getting this error. What would you suggest I do to fix this?

The main Nagios office is closed today and tomorrow for the holiday, so you're not likely to hear anything until Wednesday from them.

Did you try restarting mysql? Tried rebooted the machine completely?
Looked through var/log/messages?

Edit: I didn't see this was a duplicate post...
Judging from the output in the other thread, you have a postgre problem. You need to run the commands they told you to in the other thread.
