unable to login to ccm

unable to login to ccm

I am getting login failed when trying to login to the ccm and notice the below error in logs. I can login to the console fine and gui.

PHP Notice : Undefined index: ccm_username in /usr/local/nagiosxi/html/includes/components/ccm/includes/common_functions.inc.php on line 547

You can reset the security credentials for the CCM from the Admin->Reset Security Credentials page.
