Hi there,
I am new to Nagios XI. I was trying to install xi-2011r1.9 on a clean CentOS 6. However, after I run ./fullinstall. I got following errors:
What I can do to fix it? Thanks.

Check your configuration file(s) to ensure that they contain valid
directives and data defintions. If you are upgrading from a previous
version of Nagios, you should be aware that some variables/definitions
may have been removed or modified in this version. Make sure to read
the HTML documentation regarding the config files, as well as the
'Whats New' section to find out what has changed.

It would appear that the nagios install believes that you are attempting an upgrade of an existing installation. Most likely this is due to running ./fullinstall mutliple times. Could you attach your install.log file please?

In addition to sreinhardt's reply, since you are new to Nagios XI is there a reason you are planning to work with 2011 r1.9? The current version is 2012 r1.3 and between the two versions there are a whole host of additions and fixes.

Yes, I am testing an issue on 2011r1.9.

Here is the install.log file.
I never tried to run fullinstall before. The VM is a clean installed CentOS 6.

We cannot guarantee that the fullinstall will work on a release from a year ago as there may be dependencies that have been moved...

I can post a link to a 2011r1.9 vmware image if you like.

This will work about 30 minutes after I post this as I am uploading it now.
