Firebox Configuration

Does anyone know what steps to take to get the firebox to talk to the Nagios server? Im running 3.2.2 and my firebox is a X750e running on Firmware ver 11.1.3
I am using the bare defaults under <<<setup<<<<smtp
Using ver 1/2 snmp
my community string is blank
I get the below errors
