Graphing Performance Info With MRTG

"Sample MRTG configuration file snippets for graphing various Nagios performance statistics can be found in the mrtg.cfg file located in the sample-config/ subdirectory of the Nagios distribution."

Unfortunately, on our Nagios server I don't see this "sample-config/" subdirectory. Where can I get these additional snippets?

Performance graphs are built in Nagios XI. This particular document refers to Nagios Core. You will find the "sample-config" directory in the Nagios Core source code.
