Wizard default check interval

Out of the box, the configuration wizards all have a default check interval of 5 minutes. Since this is shared code, I assume it's buried in the wizard class somewhere, rather than the individual wizards themselves. I can I change this to 1 minute so I don't have to fill out that box every time?

As of right now these are hard-coded in an encrypted file so they cannot be changed. I am going to put that on my TODO list to make a those values configurable as I believe this is how they should be.

Ah, I figured that might still be the case. I'll watch the changelog for it then.
