I am trying to use the two hpsim plugins :
Code: Select all
http://exchange.nagios.org/directory/Plugins/Hardware/Server-Hardware/HP-%28Compaq%29/HP-SIM-Monitoring/details
I have installed them but I don't know how to get them to work.
are there command lines or documentation on this?

These plugins lack documentation and don't even have a real usage or help switch when run from the cli. It does look like it requires
DBD::Sybase perl module
What I did pull out of the eventstatus and healthstatus is:
Code: Select all
Usage: check_sim_eventstatus.pl --server=servernameinSIMDatabase
