Bug in Notification Management?

I'll open a bug report in tracker, just want to make sure this is a bug before I do. I'm 99% sure it is, but I haven't had much caffeine yet today.

I used Notification Management to lock a user's notification options and to check everything except host and service downtime alerts. When I went back into Notification management and loaded the template again and selected the Notification Options tab, the checks are reveresed(i.e. Only the downtime alerts are checked).

It did apply the settings I wanted, but when saving the template it seems to revers the options

Well, I am pretty sure this is a bug (99.9%) - I was able to recreate it. Please, file a bug report on our tracker:
