Hi,

How can I create a template that execute a service check 3 hours by 3 hours ??

I create a "service template" and on the "Check settings" tab I modify the "Check interval" value at 180 minutes (3 hours) but in the service check "status detail" I see something like this

Last Check: 14/02/2013 17:16:22
Next Check: 14/02/2013 17:23:05

Are you trying to use a custom template or you are modifying the check settings under "Service Management". All settings on the service level will override the template. What is the "Retry interval" value for this check under "Service Management"?

All settings on the service level will override the template.

Go to: CCM->Services-><your service>->Modify->Check Settings tab

and show us a screenshot of this page.
