Router configuartion

Post by wiproltdwiv »

Hi Team,

I have some 1000 routers and i need to monitor all with availability, port status and bandwidth. I have configured ping service for all hosts through 'bulk host import', now i have to configured remaining parameters. For port discovery it is taking long time also our setup is broad, so applying configuration also taking long time.
Is there any way to configure all routers with port status and bandwidth in single shot? please suggest.

I think you can use a script to send a passive result to the host to manually set any value you want

wiproltdwiv,

We have been working in-house on developing something like this, a bulk switch adder so-to-speak. If you are interested in testing this, I can ask our developer who is working on it (Nick) to see if he can send you the script. How does that sound?
