CPU Notification

Hi,

is there a notification about process status like ... if the CPU usage is going 100%, then what process is that, that overload the CPU usage ... i cant put all the process becouse the one that is going to overload the CPU usage maybe is not on the list it is a new one ... so im trying to find a way to monitor the CPU usage but to tell me what process is overloading or what process is make the CPU go to 100%
