Re: Cannot load site on mobile device
Apologies, referring to our internal Nagiox XI web interface. I believe it happened after we moved over to CentOS 7. We did change the hostname in the process when we migrated to our new CentOS 7 server. I'm using an iPhone with Safari, I know it worked before. It loads fine on a desktop using Chrome.

Cannot load site on mobile device
I'm trying to load the Nagios site on my iOS device but it keeps trying to redirect or load the home page over and over. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot or figure out what the issue is?

Not always receiving Recovery alerts
Hello, I'm trying to figure out why we don't always receive recovery alerts on checks. We get the problem alert but when it clears it doesn't always send a recovery alert. I verified Recovery is turned on under the Alert settings for the check and the notification is set to "Skip". What co...

Re: Questions regarding updating Nagios XI to version 5.7.4
I highly recommend you take a snapshot or backup just before upgrading. We've been unable to successfully upgrade to 5.7 since it's release over 5 months ago due to performance issues and bugs. Our support ticket is still open to this day.

Re: New hosts remain pending after upgrade to 5.7.3
We've had a ticket open on this issue for over 5 months ever since the 5.7 release. I believe the developers are aware and are working on a fix. We have to remain on 5.6.x and it could be quite a while longer before we get a fix in our hands. I suggest anyone having issues similar to this remain on ...

Re: Issue after upgrade to 5.7.2 version
FYI, we installed 5.7.3 on a test clone and the issue persists, disappointing. Do we lose anything when downgrading the NDO?

Re: Nagios XI 5.7.2 - Event Queue Empty & Services Behaving
We've had similar issues and have had a support ticket open for over 2 months with no resolution.
The 5.7 upgrade has been frustrating and disappointing. We're still running 5.6.14 because we cannot successfully upgrade without the Nagios monitoring engine crashing or failing to check properly.

Re: Notifications not triggering on hard fail
Notifications were not disabled in the GUI and it's being sent to a contact group that other service checks use. I'm wondering if it has to do with the delay on first notification and the timing of the issue because it hard failed but then recovered. If the notification delay is set for 5 minutes, d...

Notifications not triggering on hard fail
I'm trying to figure out why one of my service checks does not send a notification after it hard fails. I've crossed checked the alert config against other services, and it's configured the same. Any ideas on what to check? Service Ok[07-22-2020 11:32:16] SERVICE ALERT: servername;Server Memory Usag...

Re: Upgrade Nagiosxi 5.6.10 to 5.7.1 showing pending status
Hey, I would suggest you open a support case. We are still working with support after attempting to upgrade twice with no success.
