Hello Guys,

My Nagios XI was working well but i decided to update to the last update 5.7.0 and now all my host are down :'( could you please help me?, i have almost 30 servers and all are down , thanks in advance.

thanks a lot, the problem was solved but now everytime i try to update to the new Nagios version it stuck again and i have to run the command to update the status, do you have any idea why Nagios can't update to the last version?

Im having trouble with nagios XI with the last update, it says:

Update in progress. Please wait. Update may take a few minutes.

And it has 2 days like this way, what we could do to solve this?.

i have a question, we recently buy a Nagios license XI but we currently have installed and working with nagios core on an ubuntu server with 15 nodes, my question is: Should we do the whole installation again for the license we just bought or how can we upgrade from core to XI?
