Hi,
I would like to raise a support on setting up for SNMP trap on our monitoring. We have configure in the Nagios but it seems does not push the alert from Dell hardware to the nagios.

Alert <Server Name> is UNKNOWN keep triggering the above error message we received from the Negios monitoring alerts. there is no details instead of UNKNOWN error.
