Hi,
I got the traps coming thru today. It was the Linux firewall blocking, and after stopping iptables it started working.
The NSTI looks good, we're definitely going to use it.

So, it looks like running the installation script is what I need to get done..

I forgot to mention that the nagios is running as a virtual machine on top of Windows 7 server. Also, regarding the instructions at http://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagiosxi/docs/Integrating_SNMP_Traps_With_XI.pdf - it seemst that these settings are already in place in the latest version of Nagios...
