Cancel auto discovery = delete job

Hi, this morning I went into the auto discovery jobs and edited an existing job. After editing I clicked "Re-Run Job". As the job was running I noticed I had made a mistake with the subnet so hovering over the orange cross it says "cancel" so I clicked cancel. However it promptly...

LOL. OK no problem, I put it on the inbound box :) Will put on the outbound and let you know, thanks

Phill

Updated, cool, thanks it works :) Have done both boxes now so I am good either way. Will tick this resolved.

Re: Performance Data from Passive Checks pt II

Thanks Scott, unfortunately the updated file didn't fix it, I added a new passive host to be sure and same thing, I also confirmed data is still coming in. All other hosts are still graphing fine. I did a backup the old file just in case and reset ownership on the new to nagios:nagios so don't think...

Performance Data from Passive Checks pt II

Hi, I have a problem where none of my passive checks display any performance data. All the passive checks are coming from another Nagios via NSCA so I would imagine there is no problem with the format of the data. So, the hosts show up as unconfigured objects, I run the wizard, I can then see them a...

Re: Performance Data from Passive Checks.

Wasn't too sure about posting this here as the post had a big tick on it possibly indicating resolved, if so please let me know and I will create a new post. I thought as it wasn't locked it would be OK, sorry if that's not the case.

Best place to post lots of little bugs / annoyances / etc ?

I have a list I started in 2.1 and need to re-verify some since 2.2 and 2.3 upgrades, but just to give an idea see below. I scrubbed a few off this with the new CCM Beta which is great. 1) Updating an XI contact does not update the core contact, for example email address. (2.1) 2) Auto Discover wiza...

Change Default Notification Interval in Wizards

Hi, 2 things, but related. I hardly ever use the default here. "If problems persist... Send a notification every X minutes until the problem is resolved." I nearly always set this to zero. However every Wizard insists on this being 60. I thought it was linked to the X_wizard_name template ...

Hi, I have this exact same problem. All the passive checks are coming from another Nagios via NSCA so I would imagine there is no problem with the format of the data. So, the hosts show up as unconfigured objects, I run the wizard, I can then see them after that and I have status information etc, ev...
