I have created several contacts and one user, all are assigned to hosts and services, I did a test in manage users and sent a test email to all users. everyone received the test email except for the new user i created. I have just added several new contacts to the nagios system and for some reason the system is not sending email to the new contacts. it sends fine to the contacts that were previously there.....thanks

I am running version 2.0.7 of NLS. I am using "NONE" as the SMTP security and port 587. I have also tried prot 25 and different variations of the smtp security. I am also using Nagiosxi and can send mail with that product using those settings......thanks
