Dear all,

I would like to use Ansible to automate adding checks and notifications. But as i know, every change in Nagios XI should come from UI CCM. In that case, is ansible fail to help in this scenario?

There is a need to reset the RRD data, graph and perfdata so as to start over polling from fresh, what should i do?

It seems that just removing the RRD file in the perdata directory is not enough.

It makes perfect sense. Multistacked performance graph provides a flexibility for manipulating different time series data set.

Dear Sir, I am using Nagios XI 5.0 trial version. From rrdtool info, i found that each performance data retention period lasted to store 4 years data. However, in the GUI, I found the combo box only allows selection up to last year. Is there anything we can tune to display data for the last 4 years ...

Dear all,

Existing data is stored in native MRTG format. I wonder if it is possible to migrate to RRD data format in Nagios XI in order to preserve the historical data? Is there script in XI for doing this?
