Turns out login names are case sensitive, but only when it applies to reports. Put all the usernames to lowercase and the issue resolved.

We're seeing an issue where some users are unable to see the Availability pie charts when looking at the various reports. (see attachment). The graphs do show up when downloaded (either PDF or JPG). We've tested this with both Windows and Mac clients and even with different users in the same browser...

That is unfortunate, but thanks for confirming my suspicions.

I was able to sort it out. Importing the root certs did the trick, I hadn't realized that was possible through the XI interface and had been trying to do it on the backend.

I've tried to import it via the steps from the PDF. It looks to be a certificate signed by one of the domain controllers.

I'm out at training this week so I haven't been able to dig into this further today.
