I need to monitor IIS 7.5 sites as well as app pool status. Do we have any plugins?

I have tried one available in Nagios exchange. It's not working.

If I am performing a change request on 100 servers. Can I black out all the 100 servers in a single shot to avoid critical alerts and also to exclude the time from availability reports? Please advise the available options.

As we have to monitor lot of event ID's. Can we consolidate or group the monitoring of event ID's to reduce the number of services?
