It didn't work, I tried to install NCPA 2.0.4 & 1.8.1 but after installation there are no services are in the list of services.msc.
Could you please let me know how to raise a support ticket for the same?

Yes all files are present in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Nagios\NCPA location.
This is happening only those servers where SNMP was installed.
Services are now in unknown state for those servers in Nagios console. Please refer the attachment.

There is no service running for NCPA client in services.msc. Is this the reason for SNMP installation on those servers?
I have reinstalled NCPA client 2.0.4 but still no luck.

I re-installed NCPA agent on those servers where SNMP was installed. Still no Luck. Not able to find out NCPA services and even services configured in Nagios is not working on those client.
Is SNMP service is responsible for the same? Cant we run both on the same server?

I cant found those service anymore. They are not in Services.msc. Should I Reinstall NCPA client?
