I apologize for not being clear.
The "update" referenced is host information and other information updates, not system upgrades. Nagios Core is updating, so it is an interface problem, which we have previously experienced with this instance.

NagiosXI web interface not updating
Our NagiosXI instance interface is not updating and still displays an older version (5.8.5) although 5.11.1 is installed and otherwise functional. We had a very similar or the same problem previously but I can no longer access our tickets. Tell me what information you need and I'll export it from ou...

Re: Version shown is incorrect after upgrade
The upgrade failed. NagiosXI UI was not displaying any new status after upgrade. Nagios Core did display properly. We reverted to the pre-upgrade snapshot. We would like to get this resolved. This is not the first ticket on this issue and related issues. As can be seen in the attachments, 5.6.14 is ...

Re: Version shown is incorrect after upgrade
I cleaned the database, deleted obsolete systemd files and restarted all services. The displayed version is now 5.8.4 but "Check for Updates" indicates there is an update available, 5.8.4. Is there a flag to clear this?

Re: Version shown is incorrect after upgrade
I already did that and cleaned some old rpms. All "nagiosxi" rpms are 5.8.4.

Version shown is incorrect after upgrade
We upgraded from 5.6.14 to 5.8.4 via rpm as per the original install. All seemed to go well and the system is functioning normally. The UI shows an upgrade available, which is 5.8.4. I attempted to upgrade via the UI and it resulted in a hung task. After resetting, I tried a console upgrade. It dete...

Re: ndo2db gone after 5.7.1 upgrade
We downgraded to 5.6.14 and repaired databases. It is now functional.
Can you folks at least provide some insight into why this occurred?

ndo2db gone after 5.7.1 upgrade
We just updated to 5.7.1 and ndo2db has disappeared. We reinstalled nagiosxi-ndoutils to no avail.
Any suggests? We are currently DIW, so this is somewhat urgent.

Re: Displayed version not correct
Foreman is the upstream project from Red Hat's Satellite 6 server. It is, at minimum, a package manager that effectively mirrors remote repositories like yours. We keep the five most recent versions of a given package. For instance, we have nagiosxi versions 5.6.10 through 5.6.13. When we had a comp...

Re: Displayed version not correct
This system is subscribed to a Foreman server and has access to all the RPMs from your repo. Our policies and practical concerns do not allow individually downloading to a specific system which has no internet access. What is it that you think would be different from performing "rpmupgrade"...
