After modifying it to run on the remote mysql server (as it, doesnt run if the Nagios XI and the mysql server are on different servers), I ran it (it did stuff) but still same thing. Nothing appears.

Yea did some scouring but none of the results i found resulted in a fix. I ended up logging a ticket with nagios support for this, they recommended changing the below settings to improve performance which seems to have solved the issue, here's the fix for anyone following along: In Admin > Performa...

Thanks for reaching out, Do you know what the load on the system is? You can use a tool like htop to check this. Otherwise, maybe it's a network connection speed issue? This is a SSL configuration on Server 2022. They removed/disabled ciphers.
