Import Tool incorrectly reporting imports when NOT override

I was playing around with the Import Config Files tool in CCM.

When I import files, if I un-tick the option Overwrite Database, it still reports that the file was sucessfully imported.

• I go to the Import Config Files tool
  I select the file I want to import (this item already exists)
  I un-tick the Overwrite Database Option
  I click the Import button
  When the screen refreshes it reports "1 file(s) imported successfully!"

For any file that is NOT imported, it should probably report it as:
"folder_path/file_name was NOT imported, already exists!"

And the "1 file(s) imported successfully!" message should correctly report how many it imported, perhaps:
"0/1 file(s) imported successfully!"
