No, I wasn't able to find it using the CCM->Hosts.

You don't have a single host in CCM > Hosts that starts with "3AB-AP225-A300 B"? If this is true, then it is possible that this is a ghost host, in which case you can remove it manually from:
And then try applying configuration.
