cat /usr/local/nagios/etc/serviceescalations.cfg
cat /usr/local/nagios/etc/servicedependencies.cfg

Run the Write Config Tool again to check for config errors. If there are no errors, or it's not clear from the output what the errors are, we will have to schedule a remote session to further troubleshoot this issue. You can open a new support ticket in our system by emailing us at [email protected].

Hi Team,

We were able to successfully upgrade.

We had a service escalation entry in /usr/local/nagios/etc/serviceescalations.cfg. After removing this entry upgrade was successful. However the checks were not happening, then we have stopped the modgearman services and removed the entry in Nagios.cfg the check were successful.

Thank you all for your help. We can close this post for now.
