Looks to me as if the subagent on those systems is down or unreachable for some reason, I'd talk to the admin who is in charge of them and find out if they can restart it:

No idea, you should talk to your system admin about that as it does not have to do with Nagios. That is what you are monitoring on that system. It might just be the snmp service, it depends on how it was configured. On the note of mibs, you don't restart mibs, mibs are flat files used by snmptt to translate incoming snmp trap data...
