Thanks, I think I got a handle on the print spooler issue, I found multiple hosts selected in the Spooler service in CCM and just removed the extra hosts, that took care of that.
My big problem is the two attached config files for two servers in our Kona hospital, svrkch11 and svrkch4. I know I was kind of all over the map on this post, but if you would take a look at those two config files and see what might be causing the Duplicate Definition warnings for those, I would appreciate it.

Re: Duplicate Definitions Warning
Thanks again Box, but West Hawaii Servers is a valid host group. Those are the servers at our Kona hospital on the Big Island.

Re: Duplicate Definitions Warning
I don't have the svrkch11.cfg file to compare but I assume that all of your service definitions for svrkch11.hhsc.org are only assigned to the host_name svrkch11.hhsc.org.Box293 wrote:The service definitions for svrkch04 are applied to:

I also assume that svrkch11.cfg is a member of the group "West Hawaii Servers".
When I look at the svrkch04.cfg, the services [Uptime, Ping, Memory Usage and CPU Usage] are assigned to the HOST svrkch04.hhsc.org AND the HOSTGROUP "West Hawaii Servers". So this means that these four services are creating the duplicate services [Uptime, Ping, Memory Usage and CPU Usage] for svrkch11.hhsc.org.
To fix this:
CCM
Services
Click the Uptime service for svrkch04.hhsc.org
Click the Manage Hostgroups button
Remove the "West Hawaii Servers" group from the right
Click Close
Click Save
Repeat for Ping, Memory Usage and CPU Usage

Re: Duplicate Definitions Warning
Oh, got it. Thanks.
Got all my warnings reduced to 5 phantom hosts, after I get those removed, I should be able to run the update again.
Thanks again for all your help. Put another shrimp on the barbie for me mate!!!
