Bug: IE does not expand Template Name drop down list

When I am editing a host or a service I use the drop down list "Template Name" to select a template to insert.

In IE, when the drop down list is displayed it does not resize the list window to fit the name of the longest template. In Firefox it does.

I am using 2009R1.1H.

This behaviour occurs with IE 7 and 8.

Hmm, I wonder if a balloon would give enough information for the user to visualize where every thing is?

Perhaps we could make this longer, but in the normal case it wastes screen-estate. It's great that large values can be partially obscured most of the time.

File a bug against IE. We may think about solutions.

In IE9 this problem no longer exists.
