I have noticed this oddity recently, not sure if it has anything to do with it. Notice how the host is greyed out?

I can submit a ticket for sure. I have another ticket in waiting as we try and resolve the ability to do a remote session over our network.

I believe lmiltchev was just looking for the logs in a profile. If that has been sent, he should be OK for the moment.
