Send Notification when Alert Acknowledged

I swear I saw a check box to send an email or SMS when an alert gets acknowledged...am I missing something?

Not sure where that would be set, it's not available in the standard UI besides typical acknowledgement options, or as an option through Core. Maybe a custom component?

Sound great, in this case (if feature got added by NagiosXI), our customer will not get false link down message.

FYI, some time there is high delay in our network due to path change or DDoS attack, which generating many false alerts but our Customer will not receive False Alerts as our Monitoring Team will not acknowledge these false alerts.....if feature got added

The contacts are notified when the problem is acknowledged. Is it possible that you were looking at the "Mass Acknowledge" component?
