NAGIOS NA: Unable to gather netflow data from Router

Hi All,

Can someone lend me a hand? Had already installed NagiosNA but it can't receive any netflow data from our Test Router.
Also, have been trying to hit "START" for the source, but it is not starting.
Attached below is the detailed version of my concern.

Any response from the community is highly appreciated.

What version of Nagios NA are you currently using? Are you running a pre-configured VM or a source installation? Is this after you restart the server itself, or even after adding a new source?

Hi Slansing, our NagiosNA is the Demo Version (downloadable from the website). Thus, installed on a physical CentOS server.

A: yes, even after adding a new source. Apparently, the source itself is not starting.

We're looking for the actual version, such as "2015r1.1" displayed on the bottom-left-hand side of the interface.

Per checking, our NA's version is : 2014R1.9

Tried to click Update but the below attachment appears. (please see on the attached image).

Thanks for the help, the command did resolve the concern. However, our NagiosNA did just analysed for only 1 day (24Hrs).
Please see below attachment.

How can we turn back the analyzing capability. We did not change/modified anything before this concern happened again.
