Importing Nagios Core into NagiosXI

I am working on Nagios core, but recently I have installed NagiosXI.
I couldn't import the config file of the Nagios core into XI, can you please help me adding the hosts to the NagiosXI quickly.

How did the import fail?
Did you follow the prep doc and then the import doc?

After importing,
All hosts status in the Host details are Pending.
How to fix this issue?

Also this error appeared,

What version of XI are you running?

If they stay as "pending" they are either missing a check command, or are never getting scheduled, run, or inserted into tthe db. As many things can cause this, it may be best to open a ticket (if you are a paying client) by emailing [email protected].
