I've find the following problem, after Load a notification template on Notification Management and update x_contactgroup_all all my contacts got their notifications disabled.
This is an expected behaviour?
After this happen the only solution was entering every single go to Notification Preferences and active notifications.

Can you describe in details all of the steps you took to apply the template to all users/contacts? You did this under the Notification Settings Management, correct?

This is definitely not an expected behavior. We will try to recreate the issue in house.

Can you go to the Notification Options and Notification Timeperiods Tabs and select the settings for options and time periods you would like the notifications to be and make sure the "Check this box if you want to deploy the notification settings below. " is selected and then select the update settings button.
Try that to see if that fixes it for you.
