Nagios XI unable to get traffic data from NA server

I have waiting several minutes and does not display any data. if I log in directly into my NA I can see all the netflow data

Are you opening XI using HTTPS? If so, would you try HTTP instead?

Please go to 'Admin -> Manage Components -> Network Analyzer Integration' and post a screenshot similar to the following:
Verify that the API key is correct.
If you uncheck 'Use SSL' and save, does Network Analyzer start displaying its graphs properly?

Does the IP Address of the host in question correspond with a source address in Nagios Network Analyzer?

If you press the "Open this query in Network Analyzer" button, does it link you to the correct location?

Yes, it does take me, but I get a blank page
