It looks like NSClient failed to bind properly. Were you sure to stop it before you ran it in test mode? If not, please stop NSClient and then start it in test mode - otherwise we may run into bind errors like the above.

Please post your ns*.ini file (it may be called something different between versions).

It sounds like your definition is correct, but I would like to double check it.

What is the output of your perl script if you run it from the Windows command line?
