Error running the fullinstall script for XI

I need your help again. I do have access to the internet from my newly created Linux VM. However, when I attempt to run the fullinstall script to install Nagios XI, I get the following error:

Configuring Repos...
ERROR: unable to read system id.
Your Red Hat Installation is not registered or does not have proper entitlements.
Please register or enable entitlements at rhn.redhat.com.
--------------------

The file that I downloaded and untarred from Nagios is xi-2014r2.7.tar.gz.

Is your Redhat system registered?
Also, what version of Redhat are you running?

This VM is support by an outside vendor. So, I'm checking to see if it registered with Redhat.
Version: Linux version 2.6.18-406.el5 ([email protected]) (gcc version 4.1.2 20080704 (Red Hat 4.1.2-55))

If it wasn't registered, that would explain this perfectly. Please let us know once you find out, and we can resume troubleshooting from there.
