SNMPv3 Port Status = Unknown - No info is being retrieved

I am trying to configure Nagios to talk to my edge routers via SNMP v3 and it states No info is being retrieved for port status. It is getting the info for port bandwidth however. Any ideas as to what is going on?

Are you running the Network Switch / Router Wizard?
If so you may want to upgrade to the latest. Go to Admin > Manage Config Wizards.
Click on the check for updates button and upgrade the wizard if needed.
