Trying to install trial version on a few of our VMs, and receiving an error of NSClient - ERROR: Invalid password.
Where do I go to change this? Thank you in advance.

Hello,
For some clarification here -
You installed Nagios XI just fine, and are having issues getting NSClient++ to report back to it?

What version of NSClient are you running? Did you make sure that the password in the nsc.ini/NSClient.ini matches the one inside of the service definition?

Where do I go to match\change up the password on the server version, I have the password set on the client machine through the nsc.ini file.

Re: Install - trail version
We are using the newest version of NSclient I believe.
Re: Install - trail version
You will need to go to Configure -> Core Config Manager -> Services, and find the services you are having issues with. In that service there will be argument fields to the right, and the ARG1 field will have a long string in it. In that string will be -t 'somepass' where somepass is what you put in. It is either empty or incorrect, so you will need to fix it and click Save. Then once you have changed all of the affected services, you will need to click Apply Config for the changes to take effect.

The Nagios XI and client machine have the same password, but still not syncing correctly.
Is the argument field, the command view?

Re: Install - trail version
The argument field is right under the command view. There are a bunch of texts boxes in a column with a label next to them that says $ARG1$ $ARG2$ etc..
