Thanks, I just reverted my RHEL6 machine to a clean snapshot to test vs. as well. The script has succeeded quite a few times for our revisions on there, but I have not personally used the newest one yet. We generally use CentOS around these parts, but RHEL should not be any different.

I am puzzled by the following message in the install.log file: Were Nagios Core and NagiosQL installed?

If you're running the ./fullinstall in the /tmp/nagiosxi directory, the script takes care of everything.

Let's clarify a few things:

1. Is this a "clean" system (minimal install)?
2. Are you running the "fullinstall" script as root, and from "/tmp/nagiosxi/" directory or from a different location?
3. Are you using a proxy?
4. Rerun the fullinstall and post the entire install.log.
