Please go to:
Admin > System Config > System Settings
Is the address in the "Program URL" field an IP address or a DNS name?
Does the IP address or DNS name resolve to an internal IP address or a public IP address?
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

Lets try and reset the Security Credentials and see if that resolves the issue.
In the XI GUI, Click on Admin > Reset Security Credentials and click on the Update Credentials button.
Try that and let us know how it works for you.

After performing the upgrade I can't access the web interface to perform the Security Credentials Reset
