Network Switch And Router Monitoring Wizard Error ?

Hi,

while configuring router i am getting error ,

Switch is currently down
the switch does not exist at the address you specified
SNMP support on the switch is disable

i have tried to run the commend which it gives after it at root but the issue remain same
