Default BBMap View
We have a lot of Hosts and services. Is there anyway to make it so that when we access the BBMap, it doesn't try to build a BBMap of everything until the user clicks the button or use the filter? Otherwise, it just takes forever to load the Default BBMap and hangs up the browser.
Re: Default BBMap View
Admin - Performance Settings - Auto-Run(cant remember which of the 2 checkboxes bbmap follows, but it does follow one of them)
2 of XI5.6.14 Prod/DR/DEV - Nagios LogServer 2 Nodes
See my projects on the Exchange at BanditBBS - Also check out my Nagios stuff on my personal page at Bandit's Home and at github

Re: Default BBMap View
My setting is already disabled.
But when you first click on BBMap, it is still trying to load all devices.

Re: Default BBMap View
What version of XI and of the BBMap component? Adding BBMap came in a later version then when the checkboxes were first available.CFT6Server wrote:My setting is already disabled.

Re: Default BBMap View
We are on XI 2014R2.6 right now, and started with the OVA. BBMap version is 1.1.
I have unchecked and rechecked the option and this doesn't seem to have any effect for bbmap and other maps as well as reports like Alert Heatmaps and Cloud

Re: Default BBMap View
I am pretty sure, the option to respect the checkbox for not auto running reports was added to Version 1.1.3 of the BBMap component.

Re: Default BBMap View
To update the component, do I have to delete it first then re-upload? or can I just upload and it will automatically upgrade?
Anyways, I tested this on both our prod and test instances and BBMap is still running when I click on the link from home.
