SNMP Trap - see entry in log but pending in UI

Good Thank you!

I follow all the step and now the host and the trap hostname match but I see the pending like he receive nothing.
Do I miss something ??

In the Nagios XI GUI, can you go to Admin > Unconfigured Objects and see if the trap is in that page?
If it is, can you screen capture it and post it here?
