I have an active user and contact that is not being sent notification alerts. I have looked, reset and tried all i know, but Nagios does not sent him an alert.
Ideas?

For starters, please PM your system profile to forum user @Nagios Support so one of our staff can look over the configs. Post back here once you have done so.

Is he set up to receive alerts in the host/service? What is supposed to be sending him alerts?

Yes he is setup, he was receiving alert, but they stopped.
Nagios is supposed to be sending them.

Re: Active user not being sent notifications
The issue I ran into with something similar was not Nagios related. My entire Nagios set up is "in the cloud", so I initially had an issue with AWS SES and Office 365 not playing nicely together. If nothing has changed in Nagios, and other users are getting alerts, maybe it could be a junk mail/spam setting. Have you tried sending an email to their phone? If they're using verizon, it would be something like [email protected].
