Upgrade from nagiso XI 2014R2.6 to Nagios XI 5

I went through the process of updating the test environment via the Admin --> Check for Updates Now --> Upgrade to Latest Version

Seems to have gotten stuck here however

Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.7 (Santiago) is the version of Linux running on this server

Even if I load another page and come back to the updates page I keep seeing the same thing.

Seems to have failed on its own.

On the test server that I am upgrading I get
Error: No matching Packages to list
Does it need to be installed?

My current production server also does not have this installed.

I enabled the epel repos and we got further with the installation but it failed again.
